We will be transitioning to new software for our electronic health records as of this Monday, January 16. Our staff has been working hard to make it as seamless as possible for our patients, and we appreciate your patience as we work out the inevitable kinks. Below you will find helpful information about some of the changes.

New Patient Portal
With new health records software comes a new patient portal. The new portal has some exciting features:
* Online scheduling for most appt types
* Lab & imaging results (for testing done on or after 1/16/23)
* Screening questionnaires prior to your appt
* Improved telehealth functionality
* View statements and pay bills (for charges incurred on or after Jan 16)

Click here to access the new portal. Click Sign Up and it should recognize existing patients. We encourage all of our patients to set up their portal access now, whether you have an upcoming appointment or not.

One week prior to an appointment, the portal will show a Check In button for the appointment. Click there to update your medications, insurance information, and complete any screening questionnaires required for your appointment.

Communication and Appointment Reminders
Portal communication with providers and other staff will be similar to the old portal. Please start using the new portal for messaging now, as that will no longer be available via the old portal. Appointment reminders are also integrated into the new system, so the reminders will look different than before. You can choose text, email, and/or call reminders. If text is enabled, you will receive a reminder text on the day of your appointment even if you already confirmed it.

Insurance and Billing
Account balances will not transfer to the new system, so they will be billed to you via the old system. This may mean that you receive statements from both systems, each for a different balance. If there is any confusion please call the number listed on the statement in question. If you have a balance due in the old system when you arrive for your next appointment as well as a copay, we will run separate charges for the balance and the copay.
