This year has brought a roller coaster of change and growth for everyone. We are grateful that you have chosen us as your wellness partner in these challenging times. Our desire to provide the highest standard of care has increased our focus on improving your experience in our office. We want you to always feel welcome and comfortable, more at home. In response to your feedback, we now perform triage in private exam rooms instead of a common area, and have decided to permanently keep our separate sick entrance and waiting room. We’ve also added guest wifi, reduced intake paperwork, and softened financial policies that were sometimes too rigid. We hope you have enjoyed the Arizona nature photography added throughout our office. We love our state’s natural beauty and rich heritage, the inspiration for naming our practice after the kachina. Kachinas are spiritual beings in the Hopi Native American culture here in Arizona. Kachina spirits were believed to live on the San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff, AZ and often visited their people, each kachina bringing its own powers or blessings. We have chosen a new kachina to represent our vision, the sun kachina. As a symbol of life, growth, strength of spirit, and warmth, the sun kachina embodies our approach to patient care. You can read more of our story on our website. A modernized version of the sun kachina is depicted in our new logo. |
