They are friendly, inviting, and accomodating. You do not have to wait long once you arrive for your appointment. I had my first appointment with Dr. Fischbeck who was patient and listened to all of my concerns as if I were the only patient on his agenda. They even have a “White Board” you can list your thoughts on while you wait for the Dr. to come to the exam room. It is obvious that this practice has put themselves in the shoes of their patients and made every attempt to take care of them as patients and not numbers. Thank you, Kachina.

I am so happy to have found Kachina Family Medicine!! They are absolutely wonderful!!! The online WebView is genius!!! I can communicate with my doctor and not have to play tag with phone messages. I have 24 hr a day access to all of my lab results and records. The office staff is very friendly and professional. All of the Docs are great. They take the time to answer my questions and make sure all of my concerns are addressed. If you are looking for a great experience with a medical office look no further.
