Kachina Family Medicine offers a secure, password-protected portal that enables patients to access their medical records anytime. Our existing patients can register for the portal below. For new patients, please contact us first to schedule an appointment and then you will be able to register for the portal.

Billing and Payments
You can view and pay bills in your patient portal. If you have a bill to pay but don’t want a portal account, you can pay via the link above without logging in. For billing questions, please call our main line, 480-706-4100 and select the option for billing questions.
